What We Do
A place for healing, self-discovery and positivity, BlackBeautyCutie (BBC) creates a safe space for black women and girls to be free. Open to expressions of all love. Providing tools and resources for growth and development through life's journey.
Girl Clubs On-site Creative Arts, Writing, & Book Clubs
BBC will provide girls club activities. Girls will meet within a specific time outlined by the sponsor of the club. They will participate in art projects, journaling, book club activities etc. Program designs are unique and offered on-site at schools, community organizations, church and more.
Monthly Meet Up’s
BBC will provide monthly meet up activities for women and girls. Activities can include (spa days, paint parties, movie nights, pajama jams and more.) These activities are designed for black women and girls to network and strengthen sisterhood.
Sister Healing Circles (Mothers, Daughters, Aunts, Sisters etc.)
BBC will provide healing circles to the community to discuss sisterhood, leadership and community responsibility. Participants will delve into intergenerational conversations that address colorism, sexism, miseducation, trauma and healing.
Cultural Empowerment Workshops (Six – Twelve Week)
BBC will provide an intensive curriculum to women and girls. Participants will participate in powerful healing circles and activities designed to support their personal development and growth. Some of the topics include Self- Worth & Self Care, Healthy Living, Love, Intimacy & Relationships, College & Career Goals.
Professional Development Partnerships
BBC will provide partnership development opportunities to the community through the Mentor Me Program! Mentor Me is designed to connect girls with professional women who will engage in active mentoring through job shadowing and BBC Meet Up’s
